2019 International Forum on Clean Energy Engineering was held successfully in Penang, Malaysia during December 28-30, 2019. It has provided the participants with a wondeful platform for exchanging their newest research findings in the field of clean energy. We'd like to thank the keynote speakers, including Prof. Tiong Sieh Kiong, University Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia, Prof. Terry Y.-F.
