Submissions
will be reviewed by the conference committees, and accepted papers will be published in
the International Conference Proceedings of E3S Web of
Conferences (Open Access proceedings in Environment, Energy and
Earth Sciences),
which will be sent to Scopus, CPCI (Web of Science), CAS,
DOAJ, EBSCO, ProQuest and other major databases for indexing.
NOTE: If you're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's
acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference for oral
presentation only without publication, which will be sent to at
least two techinical committees for a brief review, and it will
take about 10 working days. Please use Abstract Template to
prepare your abstract.

Publication Ethics and Penalty against Plagiarism
We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. We reserve the right to report the plagiarism behavior to the author's affiliation.
Paper Page Limit
Each submitted full paper should be with at least 6 pages. The upper limit is 12 pages.
